By accessing or using the Services, you are deemed to have accepted this Policy, including, without limitation, the collection and/or receipt, disclosure, storage, and use of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue your use of the Services.

Where we use Online Identifiers for marketing, personalized advertisements, and tracking, such use will be based on your consent provided through the Software’s organic permissions.
- Support: When you contact us for customer support, we will process your contact information, together with any information you choose to provide as part of our communications and correspondence. We will use your contact information to provide support and communicate with you. We may retain such communications in order to keep records of the support provided, address future needs, and further improve our Services and support. We process such information for the purpose of providing support and performing our contract with you. We may also retain our communications for recordkeeping and service-improvement purposes, including training our customer support team, based on our legitimate interest.
- User Content: You may use our Product by uploading your PDF files. In order to provide the Software feature, the Software must process the data contained in the PDF files. Such processing will be performed solely on your device, and we will not upload the PDF files or their data to our servers, nor will we have actual access to the PDF files or their content.
How We Use and Share and/or Disclose Your Personal Information
We may collect and/or receive and store your information, including Personal Information, for the following purposes:
- to enable the Services;
- to improve, optimize, and personalize the Services;
- to provide technical support to our Users;
- to protect the safety and rights of our Users;
- to enforce this Policy and our Terms of Use;
- to prevent fraud or illegal activities;
