For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be associated, directly or indirectly, with an individual, as further defined under applicable law, including analogous terms such as “personal information” and “personally identifiable information.” Any Non-Personal Data that is combined with, or linked to, Personal Data will be treated as Personal Data for as long as that combination or linkage continues.

The Product is not intended to collect or process, and to the best of our knowledge does not collect or process, “Sensitive Data” as defined under applicable law, including comparable terms such as “highly sensitive information,” “special categories of personal data,” and “sensitive personal information.” Accordingly, you should not submit or upload Sensitive Data through the Product. Depending on the applicable law and jurisdiction, Sensitive Data may include information concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, health status, and certain financial information.

Authorized agents may submit a request on behalf of another individual, provided they supply proof of their authority to act on that individual’s behalf. We may also require the individual to verify their identity directly and confirm the authority of the authorized agent.

We will respond to your request within the period required by applicable law, and we may extend the response period where permitted by applicable law. If we decline to take action on your request, we will notify you and include in that notice the reasons for our decision and instructions explaining how you may appeal.
